As my coaching program has progressed I have noticed several themes. One that has stood out is that lack of strategy and planning and how that leads to all kinds of problems.
Knowing you need a strategy is obvious. Knowing what they strategy should be is something else. Knowing you don’t have a plan is not the same as having a plan.
I constantly hear about this great book. It is called ” Getting things done”. Ironically I keep getting this recommendation from people who don’t get anything done.

OK so I just got done responding to a post from a friend of mine. He posted it on Steve’s blog at http://steve.howtochangeyourlife.com
Steve wrote a post about social anxiety and how the 3D Mind changed his life. Since Steve had so much success he wanted to start his own business helping others overcome this problem.
So I read this post and I have to say that the guy who wrote it is VERY well educated in hypnosis and NLP. He has more diplomas that I have walls so hang them on.
