This is SO SIMPLE and make SO MUCH sense!
3 Easy Steps that most people skip when they want their lives to change.
First Step… For change to have a chance to work the environment of your mind has to change. Your mind has to become changeable. Let’s take a quick look at how most people try and change their lives. Most personal change tools fall into 4 categories.
One – Make you feel good about life. Sounds good but the truth is that so does a bottle of gin, and the effects last just about as long as this type of change. Just changing your feelings about how your life stinks is not much help. “I have no money, no job, no social life, but….I feel great”, is not a very good change to make. Yes it is that time of year when the motivational ‘gurus’ begin assaulting your common sense with fluffy junk motivation. It is like they crawl out of the dark places that they have been hiding in to ‘help’ you.
Yes this post is going to piss them off.
The ugly truth is that 99% of these people are fakes. The make less than the average McDonald’s worker yet seem to think they have the answer to your success.

I posted this to answer a question on another group. A guy there was making the statement that you have to be MOTIVATED in order to PROCRASTINATE. Here was his example:
My girlfriend says she can’t get motivated to do her Uni work and I agree with her because it’s the only time I tend to get a cooked dinner…
She thinks she’s procrastinating and on the one hand she is… However, on the other hand she’s not because she’s motivating herself to do something different – anything to avoid the uni work…

There I was minding my own business this morning when I checked my Facebook account. There was an update from a friend about 2012 and the earths Schumann Resonance doubling and such. Add in the Mayan calender and the poles reversing and you had a comment I had to respond to for fun.
