Day 1 Find 3 people you don’t know and find something you have in common with them.

Day 2 Comment on something obvious with 3 people.

Day 3 Change you default position of rapport with 3 people you know.

Day 4 Make a change based on the experiences you have run into so far.

Day 5 Write out 3 elicitations for someone you know getting them into a specific state.

Day 6 Notice something you have in common with a stranger and write out 3 elicitations based on what you notice.

Day 7 Review your week.
